Direct Seller E-Contract Agreement governing the relationship between Paramount Enterprises and Independent Business Associates (IBA) / Direct Seller Associates (DSA).

1. Legal Framework

This agreement complies with the Indian Contract Act, 1872, Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Direct Selling Rules 2021, IT Act 2000, and related laws.

2. Data Privacy & Compliance

Personal data is protected under IT Act 2000.
No third-party selling or sharing of sensitive data.
Company may disclose IBA details for legal disputes when required.

3. Membership & Eligibility

Free enrollment (No entry fees).
Must be 18+ and legally competent.
KYC verification required (PAN & Aadhaar).
Members act as independent contractors only.

4. Prohibitions

No recruitment bonuses or pyramid incentives.
No inventory loading practices allowed.
No selling on Amazon/Flipkart without approval.
No income guarantees allowed.

5. Consumer Protection

30-day cooling-off period applicable.
100% refund on eligible returned products.
Grievances resolved within 30 days.

6. Jurisdiction & Legal Compliance

All disputes fall under Hyderabad jurisdiction and are governed by Indian law.

7. Suspension & Termination

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
Misconduct or fraud leads to permanent ban.
Voluntary exit allowed with notice period.

8. Privacy Policy

Company collects and processes personal data for business operations and legal compliance under strict security measures.

No investment or financial scheme offered.
Earnings depend on product sales only.
No guaranteed income claims allowed.
